Portals are a marvel of the Dystopian Age: openings in the fabric of space forming a passage to a nearby location. These portals can be linked into a local network, allowing any person or object smaller than the aperture to move almost instantaneously from one point to another. Their use transforms tactical movement on the battlefield, offering unprecedented strategic possibilities.
Although portals employed by forces such as the Watcher Hegemony or the Order of the Allshard are more sophisticated than those reverse-engineered by the Covenant of the Enlightened, all portal travel carries a degree of risk. Travelers should always know where a portal leads—or even if it actually leads anywhere. This uncertainty adds tension and strategic depth to your games, making each portal use a critical decision.
The Portals Kit contains two single-piece resin miniatures: 2x Portals and 2 bases. Miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly. Character Unit Cards are not included and can be found on the official Wild West Exodus website. Miniatures come with standard plastic bases; base inserts are not included.
