Airbrush Paint Smoked Blue

Ready to use straight from the bottle, SMOKED BLUE requires no prior thinning for airbrush application. The balance between pigmentation and fluidity makes it easy to build colour gradually, using successive light passes to develop modulation, highlights, shadows and subtle colour transitions. Air pressure, spraying distance and trigger control can then be adjusted to move from broader coverage to more precise applications.

The Air Formula has been developed to promote consistent atomisation and help reduce clogging during extended painting sessions. Its bottle combines a flip-top cap with a dropper-style dispenser, making it easy to control the amount of paint and add it directly to an airbrush cup with minimal mess.

There is more to SMOKED BLUE than airbrushing, however. The formula is also compatible with refillable acrylic markers, whose reservoirs can be filled directly without prior dilution. This makes the paint suitable for controlled lines, outlines, markings, freehand work and other precision applications on miniatures and models. It can also be applied with a brush when working with thin coats, glazes, blending and soft colour transitions.
