That blank layout gives you plenty of freedom when setting up your games. The mat is suited to systems such as Warhammer Age of Sigmar® and The Old World®, while it can also be used for Warhammer 40,000® when deployment zones are marked separately with measuring tools, templates or tokens. Rather than dictating where armies must begin, the battlefield can be arranged around the rules and scenario you are playing.

Underneath the artwork, a 2 mm neoprene construction provides a stable and comfortable playing surface. The rubber backing helps keep the mat firmly in position, even when the table is covered with scenery. Its soft, elastic fabric top reduces the noise of dice and miniature movement, while the weight of the neoprene helps the edges settle flat after the mat has been unrolled.
