Captain Leo Bianchi, Special Service Force

The Paragon program has never relied on a single formula. Its researchers continue to explore alternative avenues of genetic experimentation in the hope of refining or improving upon the template established by Harris Samuels. Bianchi underwent one such experimental process. Although it successfully enhanced his musculature, it also left him physically disfigured. Rather than bringing his career to an end, these results led to his induction into a highly secretive branch of the program, known to only a handful of individuals within S-1’s upper ranks.

Appointed Captain, Leo Bianchi was given command of the newly formed Special Service Force. His mutations have done nothing to weaken his loyalty to his S-1 masters. He now leads a covert and bloody campaign against the enemies of the United States, carrying out his orders with unwavering obedience.
