Hundred Kingdoms: Tactical Retinue

By marching alongside the rulers of the Hundred Kingdoms, Tactical Retinues allow their accompanying characters (notably Imperial Officers, but also Noble Lords and Chapter Mages) to extend their control and command of the troops at their disposal, ensuring that men are inspired by the presence of the army's standard while its signalman and drummer ensure the united functioning of its army.
