He has created numerous covers, interior illustrations, and participated in the design of characters for a wide range of video games and role-playing games such as Forgotten Realms, Eberron, Magic and Hecatomb.

Lucio has illustrated dozens of cards for Magic: The Gathering and Warcraft, and has also produced illustrations for Dungeons & Dragons, as well as several Magic: The Gathering comics (including Jace vs. Chandra).

He has worked for many European and American publishers, including in Germany, France, Italy, Sweden and the United States. His work in the comics industry includes titles such as The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Deadpool, Death’s Head, The Siege, Thor, What If?, and many others.

Lucio has also created numerous covers for Red Sonja, Vampirella, Warlord of Mars, The Expendables, Project Super Power, and Lord of the Jungle, to name a few.

His graphic novels include L'Empire Eternel and One Shot (Soleil Productions), SKP (Heavy Metal Magazine), as well as other works for Panini Comics, Heavy Metal Magazine, Soleil France, Vivendi Universal, Havas Interactive, Sierra, Konami, Fantasy Productions, Dino Entertainment, Databecker, Clementoni, and SQP (USA).
