Originally developed by the Steinbrücke Flugzeughersteller company in 1863 as a passenger aircraft, capable of bypassing even the travel time of the Imperium's well-established rail network at Querfeldein, it wasn't long before vested interests within seats of government were purchasing these models for themselves. Boasting unparalleled maneuverability thanks to its supercharged engine, the Messer is even more effective thanks to its armament: a pair of high-velocity 30mm cannons. The ammunition uses an expensive tungsten core, capable of easily penetrating armor, making the Messer as formidable for attacking armored targets on the ground as it is in the intense aerial combat taking place above.
