Originating from a plane close to Frostgrave, Leech Wolves seem capable of sensing, or perhaps tasting, their prey across dimensions. They hunt in packs and use coordinated tactics to overwhelm their targets. Their unpredictable approach and speed make any encounter extremely dangerous, requiring vigilance and preparation for adventurers exploring the ruins.

The greatest threat of these creatures lies in their bloodsucking mouths: once attached, it becomes very difficult to get rid of them.
