Constructs can take on many shapes. During Felstad’s golden age, it is common for wizard-artisans to animate furniture or everyday objects, granting them new and sometimes unexpected purposes. These creations showcase the creativity and magical craftsmanship of their makers, standing somewhere between works of art and instruments of battle.

Golems and other constructs can be crafted from nearly any material. Wood, metal, and clay are the most common due to their ease of shaping, but some magicians experiment with stone, bone, plants, or even paper.
