Created as a weapon for a battle that never came, it possesses the skills of a trained sniper and can adopt two distinct modes, each lethal in its own way.
In the first mode, 20-20 becomes a Vitruvian Simulacra: a humanoid machine armed with a deadly Hyper-V rifle. In its second mode, it reverts to its original Blackhoof steed form, able to carry a single rider. That rider is Jedrick Powell, his loyal friend, who takes up the rifle to form a formidable team with 20-20, delivering justice to lawbreakers with unmatched precision and efficiency.
