Controlled paint flow makes it easy to adapt the application throughout a painting project. A broader spray can be used for base colours and general coverage, while a more restricted flow allows highlights, shadows and gradual transitions to be developed with greater precision. Building the colour through several thin coats helps maintain the definition of the model’s details. Air pressure, spraying distance and trigger opening can all be adjusted to control the amount of paint being applied.

Air Formula is designed to encourage consistent atomisation and help reduce clogging during extended airbrush sessions. The bottle also makes handling straightforward, combining a flip-top cap with a dropper-style dispenser for accurate dosing and direct filling of the airbrush cup.

TEMPLE OCHRE can also be used with refillable acrylic markers. Their reservoirs can be filled directly with the paint without prior thinning, providing another method for creating controlled lines, outlines, markings, fine details and freehand work. The same formulation can be applied with a brush for thin coats, glazes, blends, soft gradients and gradual colour transitions.

This flexibility allows the same colour to be used across several techniques during a modelling project. Its matte finish is also suitable for subsequent washes, filters, drybrushing and other common modelling techniques. Shake thoroughly before use to ensure the pigments are properly homogenised.
