The acrylic inks in the Green Stuff World sets feature an innovative formula, combining high-quality pigments with an ultra-fluid acrylic base. These properties enable a wide range of effects to be achieved on miniatures, dioramas and models. Notable uses include glazing on miniatures, watercolour-like artistic effects, creating cartoons with model brushes or refillable felt-tip pens, as well as calligraphy and airbrushing, all without the need for prior dilution.
Their main advantage is their matte opacity, which guarantees uniform coverage of surfaces. They can also be diluted with water to achieve a degree of transparency if required. Their great popularity is due to the ability of opaque acrylic inks to produce smooth, even gradations. These inks are ideal for specific tasks such as applying base layers or creating backgrounds with subtle transitions, and they can also be used to work with complex effects such as OSL (Object Source Lighting), enriching the visual impact of projects.
