Neoprene Mat 4x6' Wasteland Asphalt (120x180cm)

There are no pre-printed deployment zones on the mat, leaving the layout entirely open to the scenario and gaming system being played. Roads, avenues, junctions and damaged areas provide a visual framework without dictating where units must deploy. Buildings, vehicles, barricades, ruins and other scenery can therefore be positioned freely to create anything from a war-torn contemporary city to an industrial complex or futuristic metropolis.

The high-resolution top-down artwork adds depth through details such as cracked asphalt, road markings, pavements, debris and damaged sections of roadway. These printed features can also act as natural visual references when arranging movement, cover, objectives and lines of sight. The mat is made from 2 mm thick neoprene, with a soft textile playing surface and a non-slip rubber backing that helps keep it stable while also cushioning miniatures and terrain pieces during play.

The 4 x 6' format can be used for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, Team Yankee, Bolt Action, Flames of War, Warhammer 40,000, Star Wars: Legion, Legions Imperialis, Adeptus Titanicus and Epic Warpath. It can also accommodate other modern warfare and science-fiction wargames using similarly sized tables, as well as narrative or multiplayer games where a larger gaming surface is required.
