When crowns fall, unions fracture, and sultanates crumble, the Empire endures—unyielding and immortal. In the world of Armoured Clash, the Celestian Empire often relies on traditions refined over centuries rather than purely modern industrial solutions. While the current age is defined by steel construction and mass production, the Empire’s engineers sometimes draw upon established craftsmanship to create distinctive and highly effective designs.
The Doksuri Fighter embodies this philosophy. Unlike many fighter aircraft fielded by the other Great Powers, the Doksuri features a resin-lacquer shell combined with a fuselage reinforced with traditional Korean hanji paper. This unusual construction results in an aircraft that is light, flexible, and durable. The reinforced structure provides excellent resistance to shear forces, allowing the fighter to perform sharper banking manoeuvres and rapid aerial movements. Although this method of construction is time-consuming and costly, the resulting agility enables Doksuri fighters to evade enemy aircraft effectively during aerial engagements.
This miniature represents one of the Celestian Empire’s aerial units in Armoured Clash, a 10 mm scale tabletop wargame featuring infantry formations, armoured vehicles, and massive war machines battling across an alternate late-nineteenth-century world. Ideal for expanding an Empire force or adding air support to your army, the Doksuri Fighter brings speed and manoeuvrability to the battlefield. The miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly, allowing hobbyists to customise the model before deploying it in their games.
