The Navy of the Celestian Empire stands as the visionary creation of Empress Shinzua, who, rising from Speaker of the fleets, swiftly extended her command to oversee all aspects of maritime warfare, expanding her original responsibilities. Regarded as a global naval powerhouse, the Empire solidified this status with pivotal victories at Tsushima and Myeongnyang during the Anglo-Russian Korean Expedition. While the coastal nations within the Empire individually design, construct, and man their sea-faring vessels, all ultimately serve the emblem of the Blazing Sun. Warships hold tremendous pride within the Empire, and their territorial expansion necessitates a more conspicuous deployment, a move embraced by the Empire's Admiralty.

China's warships form the bulk of the Empire's naval force. Equipped with prow-mounted chemical flame cannons, known as Huoqiang, they wield considerable power in conflicts, anchoring most of the Empire's Battlefleets. The versatile Ning Jing class Battleship, typical of many Chinese vessels, prefers rocket battery volleys over traditional heavy gun barrages. Well-trained crews expertly operate these weapons, ensuring successive salvos seldom miss their mark once an initial target has been designated. Developed in the same shipyards, the Yangtze Command Ships represent a rarer sister-class. Forgoing two heavy turrets, the Yangtze boasts a trio of high-caliber, long-barreled ordnance known as Erlang Shen, capable of crippling both enemy vessels and shore defenses.

Chinese cruisers also harness the lethal Huoqiang alongside an array of heavy guns and rockets. The crews aboard Shanghai frigates undergo extensive drilling in squadron tactics, enabling them to coordinate attacks with devastating precision. Leveraging a surplus of manpower, China's shipyards churn out substantial numbers of cruisers and frigates, establishing dominance in naval affairs, only rivalled by the elite vessels of Japan.
