Airbrush Paint Ultramar Blue

The paint is ready to use straight from the bottle, with no prior thinning required. This makes it easy to build colour gradually through successive light passes, controlling coverage and intensity as the paint develops. Air pressure, spraying distance and trigger opening can be adjusted to regulate the amount of paint applied, whether working on a general coat, modulation, highlights or shadows.

For extended painting sessions, Air Formula is designed to promote consistent atomisation and help reduce clogging. The packaging also makes precise dosing straightforward: the bottle combines a flip-top cap with a dropper-style dispenser, allowing the desired amount of paint to be added directly to the airbrush cup.

ULTRAMAR BLUE can also be used beyond the airbrush. The formula is compatible with refillable acrylic markers, whose reservoirs can be filled directly without prior thinning. This makes it possible to create controlled lines, outlines, markings, details and freehand work. Applied with a brush, the paint can also be used for thin coats, glazes, blending and soft gradients.

The matte finish provides a suitable surface for subsequent washes, filters, drybrushing and other common modelling techniques. As with other Air Formula colours, shake the bottle thoroughly before use to properly homogenise the pigments.
