The balance between pigmentation and fluidity makes it possible to build the colour through successive layers while retaining surface definition and fine details. This approach is well suited to gradients, modulation, shadows and highlights, while air pressure, spraying distance and trigger opening can be adjusted to control exactly how much paint is deposited. The same colour can therefore be used for broader coverage as well as more focused applications.

Air Formula is designed to promote consistent atomisation and help reduce the risk of clogging during extended airbrushing sessions. The bottle is fitted with a flip-top cap and a dropper-style dispenser, making it easy to control the required amount of paint and add it directly to the airbrush reservoir.

The paint is not limited to airbrush work. VERT GANGRÈNE can be used directly with refillable acrylic markers, without prior thinning, for lines, outlines, markings, details and freehand work. Its consistency also allows brush application for thin coats, glazing, blending and soft gradients.

This compatibility with different tools makes the colour useful across several stages of a modelling project. Its matte finish also provides a suitable surface for washes, filters, drybrushing and other common modelling techniques.
