Airbrush Paint Imperium Blue

Rather than relying on heavy coverage, the formulation lends itself well to building colour gradually. Thin successive layers can be used to develop gradients, highlights, shadows and smooth colour transitions while retaining the definition of miniature and model details. Air pressure, spraying distance and trigger opening can be adjusted to move from broad applications to more focused work, depending on the effect required.

Consistent paint flow is particularly useful during extended airbrush sessions. Air Formula is formulated to encourage even atomization and help reduce clogging. The bottle combines a flip-top cap with a dropper-style dispenser, making it easy to measure out the required amount and add the paint directly to the airbrush cup. This practical format also helps keep handling clean and controlled.

Imperium Blue is not limited to airbrushing. It can be used directly in the reservoirs of refillable acrylic markers without prior dilution, allowing controlled lines, outlines, markings, details and freehand work. Applied with a brush, its fluid consistency can also be used for thin coats, glazes and soft blends. The matte finish provides a suitable surface for washes, filters, drybrushing and other common modelling techniques. Shake well before use to properly homogenise the pigments.
