Axis Sonderkampfgruppe

The infantry contingent combines 6 Stahltruppen Specialist Infantry with 15 Totenkorps Specialist Infantry, giving the formation two very different elements within a single force. Command is provided by a Stahltruppen Platoon Commander, supplied as a Warlord Resin miniature, while the walkers provide additional support across the battlefield.

Two Vogelspinne Light Walkers form part of the armoured element, each offering four weapon variants for assembly. They are joined by an Sd.Kfz. 501/1 Nachtzehrer Light Walker, whose kit can alternatively be assembled as an Infernospinne. These options add variety to the modelling stage while giving the force its distinctive experimental character.

The contents of the box allow you to field both an Assault Platoon and an Armoured Walker Platoon, bringing together the infantry, command and mechanised components required to build the formation.

The miniatures were sculpted by Marco Sano and Jon Heeney, with the studio miniatures painted by Kirsten Williams and Darek Wyrozebski. Models are supplied unassembled and unpainted, ready for assembly and painting.
