Old Dominion - Tainted Heralds

For centuries, these relics remained motionless. The Fall of Hazlia had animated their remains, but their protective shells left them trapped within their own structures. Only an exceptionally high concentration of Hazlia’s Dark Power can now give these forms the energy they need to move once more.

That energy courses through their skeletal limbs like a dark flame, setting their massive structures into motion while causing the metal surrounding them to become more pliable. What was once a monument to a revered figure is transformed into something capable of walking onto the battlefield.

When exposed to sufficient power, the Tainted Heralds become terrifyingly effective. Their blows become unstoppable, their flesh is numb to pain, and their unnatural forms are remarkably difficult to halt. The former Saints of the Dominion return in a profoundly altered state, their funerary shells transformed into instruments of a power born from Hazlia’s corruption.
