When Hazlia fell, countless fragments of his divine realm were recovered by his faithful servants throughout Capitas. These small fragments of divinity retain the power to animate and stir the normally docile souls of the non-God's followers, awakening them and allowing a small fraction of his mortal Will to pour out into the world, draining the life force and vitality from his enemies.
