Preparation and painting

The miniatures are supplied attached to their 3D-printing supports. Carefully trim each connection point with precision flush cutters, working gradually to protect the sculpted details. Remove any remaining support material, prepare the surfaces and apply a suitable primer before painting. Thin coats help preserve fine features, while contrasting colours and subtle variations across clothing and equipment can give each member of the maintenance crew a distinct appearance.
