Military Casualties 1:100

At 1:100 scale, a person standing 1.8 metres tall would measure approximately 18 mm. This size makes the figures suitable for detailed compositions while keeping them visible enough to contribute to the overall scene. Position them near defensive positions, military vehicles, a field aid station or an evacuation area to suggest an ongoing operation and establish a clearer context for your display.

They can also be used beyond historical and modern military settings. In a science-fiction diorama inspired by Gundam or Gunpla kits in 1:100 scale, wounded soldiers can represent the aftermath of a confrontation involving giant machines. Combined with vehicles, industrial structures or Mecha accessories, they help create a more developed environment and hint at the events leading up to the moment captured in your model.

Preparing and painting the figures

Manufactured using 3D resin printing, the miniatures are supplied unpainted and attached to their printing supports. Carefully remove them with precision side cutters, trimming the connection points gradually to help preserve the finer details. Once the supports have been removed and the surfaces prepared, apply a suitable primer followed by thin coats of paint.

Choose uniforms, equipment colours and finishes to match the setting of your diorama. Controlled shading and highlights can bring out the details without making the figures look overly busy at this scale.
