In the Clutches of Shelob

Legend has it that a dark terror haunts the caves of Cirith Ungol, driven by an unquenchable thirst for blood. This creature, of Ungoliant stock and known as Shelob or Arachne, has plagued Middle-earth for millennia, trapping countless victims in its cruel webs. Its immense size allows it to crush its prey under its weight, while the venom oozing from its mandibles can incapacitate the strongest warriors. Few have dared to cross the pass of Cirith Ungol and survived to tell their tale.
