The Guardians of the Future watch over the destiny of humanity by discreetly eliminating the rare individuals tainted by treachery, greed, demonic forces or any other unspeakable evil. Tales of their exploits remain confidential; the exact number of worlds saved from destruction by these clandestine assassins is unknown, but their impact on the preservation of billions of lives is undeniable. The Guardians of the Future operate in the shadows, never seeking recognition or praise. They are both the bloody hand and the anonymous saviours of the Imperium.
The Callidus Assassins, experts in infiltrating the most heavily protected facilities, use polymorphic drugs to change their appearance at will, posing as a beautiful woman or a less flattering creature, such as a burly ork. Favouring surprise attacks made possible by their chameleon-like abilities, Callidus generally avoid the heart of confrontation, preferring to appear suddenly before disappearing into the shadows. Panic, terror and confusion are their trump cards.
This box includes a Callidus Assassin to assemble, accompanied by a 32mm round Citadel base.
