Recognised early on by senior command for its flexibility, the Schwerefeld Projektor offered a solid anti-tank capability, a faster rate of fire than traditional guns, and a gravity field that disrupted enemy movement. The Panther-X brings together the superior mobility and armor of the Panther with an upgraded version of the Schwerefeld Projektor. This new configuration includes enhanced shielding for the crew and more efficient power conduits linking the turret weapon to the hull-mounted generator. Additionally, the redesigned turret offers better visibility for the commander and includes a coaxial machine gun without compromising the tank’s strong defensive profile.
