This box provides everything two players need to explore the lively canals of Carnevale. Players swim, row, climb, and jump to reach the World Fair and thwart the Doctor’s schemes against the citizens of Venice. Carnevale delivers fully three-dimensional gameplay in a narrative skirmish game, allowing players to defeat enemies in many ways, including pushing them off rooftops, drowning them in canals, or dueling them face-to-face.

The set includes two distinct gangs, the Patricians and the Doctors, each with four beautifully detailed plastic characters. A 48-page rulebook clearly explains the rules and provides several scenarios to help players learn quickly. All components are designed for easy setup and play, including plastic miniatures, cardboard scenery to assemble, a foldable game mat, dice, quick reference cards for characters, and the complete rulebook.

The scenery includes three buildings, seven obstacles, a bridge, and a gondola, along with a double-sided foldable paper mat measuring 24 inches by 24 inches. The miniatures are unpainted and require assembly with plastic glue on included circular bases. Tokens, dice, and a measuring ruler allow precise gameplay. Carnevale combines strategy, action, and storytelling to deliver an immersive and varied experience for fans of three-dimensional skirmish games.
