The colour can be built up gradually through successive applications. This makes it possible to achieve smooth, even coats while retaining the definition of the model’s details, including when working on highlights, shadows, modulation or subtle colour transitions. Paint flow can be adapted by adjusting air pressure, spraying distance and trigger opening, allowing the same colour to be used for broad coverage or more targeted applications.

Air Formula is designed to promote consistent atomisation and help reduce clogging during extended painting sessions. The bottle also makes dosing straightforward, with a flip-top cap and dropper-style dispenser that allow the required amount of paint to be measured and added directly to the airbrush cup.

The paint is not limited to airbrushing. TIGER BROWN can be used with refillable acrylic markers, whose reservoirs can be filled directly without prior thinning. This provides options for controlled lines, outlines, markings, fine details and freehand work. It can also be applied with a brush for thin coats, glazes, blends and soft gradients.

This flexibility makes it possible to use the same colour across different techniques within a modelling project. Its matte finish is suitable for subsequent applications of washes, filters, drybrushing and other common modelling effects. Shake thoroughly before use to properly homogenise the pigments.
