Fluorescent Airbrush Paint - Red

Ready to use straight from the bottle, the paint can be airbrushed without prior thinning. Its formulation is designed to promote consistent atomisation and controlled paint flow, allowing the colour to be built gradually. Air pressure, working distance and trigger control can all be adjusted to determine the amount of paint applied and the concentration of the resulting effect.

Fluorescent pigments are naturally more translucent than standard acrylic colours, making the choice of undercoat particularly important. Applying the paint over a white or very light base helps bring out its luminous character. Several thin coats can then be layered to increase the intensity while avoiding excessive paint build-up and keeping the miniature's details clearly defined.

Fluorescent RED works especially well wherever a miniature needs a strong visual focal point. It can be used for energy sources, plasma, energy weapons, vehicle lights, warning markings, radioactive elements and science-fiction or fantasy effects. Controlled airbrush passes can also create coloured halos, gradients and OSL effects, extending the impression of red light onto nearby surfaces.

The fluid formula can be dispensed directly into an airbrush cup and used without additional preparation. It can also be loaded into compatible refillable markers, providing another way to create controlled lines, outlines, markings, freehand details and precise luminous accents.

Brush application offers further control for localised highlights, glazes and gradual transitions. For maximum fluorescent intensity, build the colour through several light coats over a pale surface rather than applying a heavy layer in one pass.

Shake thoroughly before use to properly homogenise the pigments and achieve consistent results.
