Fluorescent Airbrush Paint - Violet

Ready to use straight from the bottle, the paint can be sprayed without prior thinning. Its fluid formulation promotes fine and consistent atomisation, while adjusting air pressure, working distance and trigger control allows the painter to determine how concentrated the application will be. This makes it possible to build everything from broad colour coverage to focused transitions and glowing areas.

Fluorescent colours are naturally more translucent than conventional acrylic paints, so the strongest results come from building the colour gradually. Applying several thin layers over a white or very light base increases the visual intensity of the violet while helping preserve the underlying sculpted details. The same approach can be used to create soft halos and controlled transitions around a luminous focal point.

Fluorescent VIOLET is especially suited to schemes where colour needs to suggest energy, supernatural light or otherworldly effects. It can be used for magic, plasma, energy weapons, crystals, displays, radioactive elements and a wide range of science-fiction and fantasy details. By gradually extending the colour beyond the brightest area, it can also contribute to OSL effects that simulate light spilling onto nearby surfaces.

The fluid formula can be used directly to refill compatible acrylic markers, making it possible to produce controlled lines, outlines, markings, freehand details and precise luminous accents. With a brush, it can be worked into glazes, highlights and localised lighting effects as part of a more traditional painting workflow.

For the brightest fluorescent finish, build the effect through multiple light passes rather than applying a heavy coat. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use to properly homogenise the pigments and ensure consistent results.
