Nords - First Blood Clash

The Nords are shaped by the harsh conditions of the far North. Fast, aggressive and accustomed to raiding by land and sea, they fight with axes, swords and bows. Their warriors are joined by powerful creatures such as Jotnar, Trolls and Ugr, while the blood of the Einherjar is said to run through their veins, strengthening their natural prowess in battle.

Leading this force is Timoleon, The Lion, a legendary figure and former High Shaman of the Nords. A convert to their people and a devoted defender of their ancient traditions, he is said to have been the only Nord to witness the gods fighting Surtr and his fire giants. After the gods fell, Timoleon guided the survivors through the terrible Fimbulwinter and helped the Einherjar battle the Jotunn using his mastery of ice magic.

His efforts eventually left him exhausted, and he fell into a deep slumber. Over time, his frozen form became an object of worship. When he finally awoke, he found a people whose beliefs had changed and set out to restore the old faith, supported by shamans and Jarls who shared his convictions.
