Gargoyles

Gargoyles, born of the depths of the Abyss's first circle, are considered lesser abyssals. Unlike their counterparts, the Lower Abyssals, they possess limited intellect, functioning primarily as airborne creatures propelled by insatiable hunger. In battle, they shadow their kin, casting a foreboding presence across the sky, preying upon the vulnerable and isolated. Remarkably, gargoyles display a unique ability to sustain their form beyond the confines of the Abyss, often integrating themselves within the ranks of various devoted races' armies.
