Dweghom: Ardent Kerawegh

‘Exemplars of the Fiery Faith, the Kerawegh have gone further and deeper than any other Dweghom living in the Dheukorro: they have reached the very gates of the primordial prison of War. Refusing the dark call of this Promethean threshold, the Kerawegh find in their devotion to their lineage and their creed the strength to turn back towards the surface. Acclaimed by their Ardent peers, the respect they inspire among their fellows naturally pushes them towards positions of leadership within their anarchic creed.

Fearsome warriors in their own right, the Kerawegh are a terror on the battlefield not for their skill with weapons, but rather for their ability to channel the faith and fervour of their brothers in arms into ruthless miracles on the battlefield. These wild miracles that they are able to invoke are not taught, as there is nothing resembling a church or structured faith among the Kerawegh. They are gifts acquired at the very last stage of their Descent, on the very threshold of the primordial prison of War.’
