You want to put Games Workshop products under the Christmas tree this year? Great idea! To make sure you get your order in time, here are all the details.
Products "in stock": order before 20 December
The easiest way to be sure to receive your parcel before Christmas is to order only products that are in stock (label "In stock" on the product label or in the shopping cart). If your order contains at least one "On Order" product, then it may be delayed.
"On Order" products: order before 3 December
If you want to buy products that are not in stock in our warehouse (mention "On order" on the product sheet), order before December 3th. We will then receive your products around 18/12 and your order will be shipped by 19/12.
Please note: sometimes Games Workshop itself is out of stock when we try to order products from them. In this case, you will be notified in case of a shortage and will be able to ask for the cancellation of the problematic products in order to unblock the shipping of the rest of your order.
Collection in shop on 23 December, from 10am to 12pm
Exceptionally, the shop located in La Chapelle la Reine (south of Paris, France) will be open on Saturday 23 December 2023 between 10am and 12pm, allowing you to collect your order for free.
Annual closure from 25/12/2023 to 01/01/2024
My Hobby Place will be closed from 25/12/2023 to 01/01/2024. No packages will be shipped during this period.
