Union Faction Battlegroup - Starter Set (English)

This starter set includes everything you need to begin your adventure in Armoured Clash, at the head of a courageous force from the Union of Federated States. The versatile, well-trained Federal troops are supported by specialist fireteams: small units of soldiers that can adapt to a variety of situations. Armed with rocket launchers, machine guns or UR-31E automatons, these units provide the firepower that is crucial to a Union general's strategies. Alongside this adaptable infantry are more specialised units such as Pacifier heavy troops, seasoned veterans reassigned to the riskiest missions, ideal for building assaults and close-quarter combat. They are often led by a daring general in Lamplighter flamethrower tanks. Their lethal effectiveness led to the standard modification of Lamplighters to include weapon mounts for Pacifier blasters, an explosive marriage. Rolling Thunder tanks, Iron Horse cavalry and devastating units such as the Moab thermobaric mortar complete this formidable force. For major operations, the Lakota Heavy Rail dominates with poise, a trackless train transporting dozens of soldiers in relative safety while deploying overwhelming firepower.

The Union, a newcomer on the world stage, has forged itself through the trials of the Second World War, becoming an expansionist force determined to carve out a place for itself in the world, whatever the cost. Under the banner of ‘Manifest Destiny’, it defies the great powers, establishing itself not as a pretender but as the legitimate heir to a system in decline.
