Using technical data provided by the Axis and their own research, Imperial Japanese scientists develop devices capable of generating a field that temporarily phases objects or people out of sync with the world around them. This advanced technology is applied militarily on land through the Ghost Attack Squads, specialized units adept at ambushes and surprise attacks.
