Shipping

For products in stock

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, on the day of your order if placed before noon or on the following day. All products in the order must be in stock to be dispatched under these conditions.

For out-of-stock products

Shipping time depends on the supplier's restocking time. Please allow around 15 days, plus the time it takes to receive your parcel.

We place orders for out-of-stock products with suppliers every Monday, who confirm them to us (if they are not out of stock themselves) on Tuesday. We then receive them within 1 to 2 weeks and forward them to you immediately.

For the shortest possible delivery time, please order at the weekend rather than on Monday.

For pre-ordered products shown as being in stock ('in stock' sticker on the product sheet), shipment takes place on the day the product is officially released by the publisher (Games Workshop or other). If you buy a pre-ordered product that is no longer in stock, it will be dispatched within approximately 15 days in the same way as a standard out-of-stock product. If your order contains at least one pre-ordered product, it will only be dispatched in full on the official release date.

Orders containing in-stock and made-to-order products

When you place an order for stock and made-to-order products, you have the option, at the time of purchase, of splitting the order into two separate shipments (additional charges may apply): first, the available products are shipped the same day or the next day, then all the "made-to-order" products are shipped once they are in stock in our warehouse in a second separate order.

This option is only available at the time of purchase in your shopping basket. It is not available after you have placed an order.

Add a product to an order, split an order, split products or group orders

Once you have placed an order, we cannot :

• add a product to an order;
• replace a product with another in an order ;
• split the order into several separate shipments;
• split products between several different orders;
• change the delivery method;
• postpone shipment to a specific date ;
• combine several orders into a single shipment.

Overseas 1 : Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte et St-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

Overseas 2 : Nouvelle-Calédonie et ses dépendances, Polynésie Française, Iles Wallis et Futuna

Delivery in the rest of the world
