Union Frontline Squadrons 2026 Edition

The Union’s navy relies on a versatile range of cruiser classes. The two included Yorktown Cruisers are a mainstay of its fleets, balancing manoeuvrability and firepower. Each can alternatively be built as an Intrepid Light Cruiser, Lexington Heavy Cruiser or Reliant Monitor, giving you several configurations to suit your preferred approach. Intrepids are well suited to leading an advance, while the heavily armed Lexington excels at close-range engagements. Reliant Monitors specialise in coastal warfare, protecting the Union’s shores and island territories.

Two Farragut Frigates add further flexibility to the squadron and can instead be assembled as Defiant Destroyers. Both classes can hunt in groups or support larger vessels with additional offensive power. The set also includes two Princeton Corvettes, newer additions to the Union fleet tasked with helping safeguard its interests.

Set in an alternate late-nineteenth-century world, Dystopian Wars combines detailed naval miniatures with extraordinary science and alien engineering. Battleships and cruisers fight across the oceans as aerial vessels dominate the skies and strange machines lurk beneath the waves. Tactical positioning and fleet composition are central to this distinctive tabletop wargame.
