As the conflict primarily raged on land, the Union's fleets lagged significantly behind their rivals in terms of power. Embracing the idea of manifest destiny, the Union extended its gaze beyond its borders. It was not difficult to envision the covetous expressions of other dominant blocs and the Union's age-old foe, The Crown, eyeing this emerging American colony with greed. Determined to secure its rightful position, the Union concentrated on developing and assembling a fleet of ships to safeguard its shores and bolster its forces while solidifying its presence across the globe.

The Constitution Class Battleship has now become the backbone of the Union Fleet, with the initial twelve of these remarkable vessels constructed in the concluding years of the Ore War. Initially designed for navigating the nation's numerous wide rivers and unleashing destruction on Confederate defenses, or aiding troop movements, these formidable vessels, propelled by powerful paddlewheels, prove equally adept on the open seas. Presently, they, along with many others of their kind, ensure that the Federated States can pursue their manifest destiny.

Backing the Constitution Class Battleships are squadrons of frontline cruisers engineered to endure direct confrontations with enemy fleets. The Yorktown, Intrepid, Reliant, and Lexington Class Cruisers all feature robust paddle wheels enabling them to maintain agility while under fire, continuously bombarding their adversaries. These ships, in turn, receive support from the ever-watchful Akron Observers. These rotors vigilantly scan the skies and the waves, identifying potential threats to their squadrons while also serving as long-range observers for the gun crews aboard the ships.

Farragut Frigates are a frequent addition to any Union fleet. These compact yet maneuverable vessels conduct swift raids against enemy squadrons or, in larger numbers, engage larger vessels such as Battleships.

The Constitution Battlefleet Set kit assembles nine multi-part plastic and resin miniatures:
