Commonwealth propaganda asserts that the Barents Sea is an oasis of safety, thanks to its close proximity to the sheltered docks of the White Sea, where defensive patrols are routinely dispatched. However, the reality couldn't be further from tranquil. Raiders hailing from the Scandinavian sector of the Imperium, not to mention the Scions of Jutland, frequently launch ambushes against the numerous fishing vessels and exploration platforms. The Loki Shadow Raiders, masters of their Ivaldi Shroud Generators, expertly execute surprise attacks before vanishing into obscurity once they've incapacitated their target.

Heimdall Recon Raiders rely on advanced detection systems to pinpoint enemy patrols, with the goal of avoiding engagement until their battlefleet holds the upper hand. Meanwhile, the Fenrir Hunter Submarines and Valkyrie Hunt Rotors facilitate multi-tiered attacks. In response to the havoc wreaked by Scandinavian battlefleets, fishermen and other civilian vessels are now provided with military escorts. Time will reveal whether this proves sufficient.
