The expansive New Admiralty Shipyard in Saint Petersburg sprawls for almost a mile along the banks of the Neva River, tirelessly fabricating vessels of all kinds. Similarly industrious, the newer facility on Vasilyevsky Island focuses on the most cutting-edge designs within the Commonwealth's arsenal. In close proximity, merely less than 20 miles westward, lies the Kronstadt Naval Plant. Farther south, nestled on the Black Sea, stands Sevastopol, a city established solely for the purpose of constructing ships for the Commonwealth.

These industrial hubs, supplemented by numerous smaller ones, churn out significant numbers of warships annually, fueling the recent rapid expansion of Commonwealth might. Their ships are renowned for thick hulls and heavy armor, yet advanced engines ensure they maintain pace with vessels from other nations. Commonwealth naval engineers specialize in state-of-the-art ablative armor, retrofitting it into nearly all their legacy fleets.

While the Commonwealth prioritizes air support less than other Great Powers, they recognize its pivotal role in achieving victory. The Mozhayski Fleet Carriers embody this combined arms doctrine, featuring expansive internal spaces preferred by Commodores for command. Accompanying these carriers are support squadrons of cruisers and Stoletov Ekranoplans. The Pravda Support Carriers, with shorter flight decks and limited aircraft capacity compared to the Mozhayski, can deploy a supporting screen of fighters or bombers for assistance in attack missions. The Morosko Heavy Cryo Cruiser enhances the Norilsk hull design by integrating an advanced cryo generator capable of creating lethal icebergs obstructing enemy paths. The Khatanga Cryo Assault Cruiser, favored by northern commanders, takes warfare a step further with the addition of the formidable Semyenov pattern assault bore in the prow.
