The Xiphon is a combat aircraft capable of operating in and out of the atmosphere, whose origins go back a long way in history. Unique variants of the basic model have been discovered on lost human colonies throughout the galaxy. Powerful and heavily armed, the Xiphon was used less and less on the front lines towards the end of the Great Crusade, but tens of thousands of these neglected aircraft were soon back in service during the Horus Heresy.

Harder to shoot down than most fighters, and boasting formidable firepower thanks to four laser cannons and a missile system, Xiphon Interceptors can shred even the fiercest resistance. Frag missiles can be swapped for krak missiles to pierce targets on the ground, or for tracker missiles to dominate the air. These devices can rival any enemy, and this box provides six to support your army.

These miniatures can also be used in Aeronautica Imperialis games by mounting them on Aeronautica Imperialis bases, sold separately.
