This box contains 12 medieval Islamic cavalry miniatures representing heavily equipped Seljuk and Syrian horsemen. The set features a wealth of finely sculpted details, making it an excellent choice for historical collections and medieval wargaming armies.

The riders wear a combination of mail and lamellar armour, complemented by a wide selection of helmet styles. Options include elaborate conical helmets worn over mail coifs as well as open-faced helmets paired with turbans, allowing each cavalry unit to display a distinctive appearance.

The kit includes an extensive range of weapon options. Bow cases and quivers are optional, enabling you to build either traditional Arab heavy cavalry, which generally fought without bows, or Seljuk Askaris, who combined mounted archery with close combat. Bows, swords, lances, axes and maces are all included to suit a variety of historical troop types.

To further enhance historical accuracy, the set also includes several Seljuk-style heads featuring the distinctive three-braid hairstyle, along with the iconic Sharbush fur cap, a headdress associated with Seljuk leaders and traditionally linked with Saladin.
