Forget sleighs, reindeer and quiet deliveries. Da Red Gobbo has found a considerably louder way to spread festive cheer across the grim darkness of the far future. His latest ride, the Squigmobile, is a roaring, rattling machine built around one simple principle: presents should be delivered at absolutely ridiculous speeds.
Bringing together Orky engineering and seasonal mischief, this miniature captures Da Red Gobbo aboard a wildly unconventional motorised contraption. Its unmistakable speed-obsessed character recalls the outrageous mechanical creations associated with Wazdakka Gutsmek, making it a particularly entertaining addition to the visual world of Warhammer 40,000.
Of course, every great festive delivery operation needs an assistant. Unfortunately for this particular « elf », the assigned seat is a bomb-shaped sidecar attached to the Squigmobile. The passenger looks distinctly unhappy about the arrangement, and the possibility that the sidecar might actually be explosive probably doesn't help.
Da Red Gobbo, meanwhile, appears entirely comfortable with the situation. He's even wearing a helmet, which surely demonstrates an impeccable commitment to road safety by Ork standards.
Miniature highlights:
For players interested in bringing this unusual festive character onto the tabletop, the 2026 Festive Activities Guide, announced for Warhammer stores in November, includes additional rules. These cover Legends rules for Warhammer 40,000, Nemesis Operatives rules for Kill Team and even rules for Blood Bowl.
As a miniature painting project, Da Red Gobbo's Squigmobile presents an entertaining combination of mechanical components, expressive characters and unmistakably Orky humour. Its unusual composition and seasonal theme make it a distinctive display piece, capturing the wonderfully chaotic side of the Warhammer universe.
