Halfway between mortal and Gifted, the Mahabharati were created for the specific purpose of keeping watch over Wizards and their summoned servants. Bound from childhood to a small elemental that grows and evolves with them, they are not quite Sorcerers, but possess instinctive elemental gifts and navigate the Elemental Domains effortlessly. With time, experience and mastery, their powers and those of their elemental companions intensify, to the point where the greatest Mahabharati Warrior Saints are able to rival a renegade sorcerer or even an entire regiment. Even at their Initiate stage, they pose a formidable threat on the battlefield, although their elemental companions are content to improve their physical abilities. Nevertheless, their martial discipline, rigour and self-control, instilled from birth, make them exceptional warriors from their very first steps in battle.

Playing style:

The Mahabharati are improved front-line troops, offering a marked contrast to the more organised and defensive Rajakur. Although they can't yet project their magical powers, these warriors imbued with sorcery can serve as improvised anchors to amplify the elemental powers around them.
