Clad in greatcoats and standard uniforms, this squad reflects the unyielding resolve of Polish infantrymen, who often stood firm while their cavalry launched bold, surprise attacks against the invaders. Despite being outmaneuvered by fast-moving German armoured forces and lacking critical armor and air support, the Polish Army held its ground in numerous desperate engagements, buying time and demonstrating fierce national spirit.
