These translucent silicone roof tile molds are designed for modelers and wargame players seeking a high level of detail for small-scale scenery. The translucent silicone allows UV light to pass through, making the molds especially suitable for UV resin while remaining fully compatible with other resin types. This set includes two distinct designs: Model A (straight) with 3 × 4 mm tiles, ideal for regular and linear rooftops, and Model B (circular) with 4.3 × 6 mm tiles, perfect for rounded structures, towers, domes, or more elaborate architectural elements.

Made from high-quality silicone, these molds are flexible, highly durable, and designed for repeated use. They are heat-resistant up to 240 °C, ensuring excellent longevity over time. Their precise cutting guarantees accurate reproduction of volumes and surface textures, delivering clean, consistent, and finely detailed roof tiles. Each mold offers a 6 × 12 cm working surface, allowing multiple roof sections to be produced in a single cast—an efficient solution for building complete structures or large modular terrain pieces.

The molds work extremely well with all types of resin, although the use of acrylic resin is strongly recommended for optimal balance between ease of use, fine detail reproduction, and mold lifespan. The resin should be allowed to fully cure before demolding to prevent deformation. Other materials such as milliput, milliput mixed with plastiline, Magic Sculpt, or similar putties can also be used, though they require more careful handling. To protect the mold, the use of flexible steel spatulas is recommended to remove excess material without causing damage.
