Fallout: Factions is a two-player skirmish game where you control crews of Wastelanders fighting for dominance across a radioactive landscape filled with monsters, mercenaries, and ruthless criminals. Each session offers intense tactical encounters, and a campaign system allows your crews to evolve over multiple games, gaining experience, reputation, and unique storylines.

The Fallout: Factions Crew Folio expands the original game with new factions, faction options, campaign styles, and a collection of recruitable Wasteland legends. This book compiles previously released content, revised material from the Battle for Nuka-World starter, and new ways to enrich your quick-play sessions. It includes enhanced Control and Reach campaigns playable by any crew, new sub-factions for the Brotherhood of Steel, Super Mutants, Survivors, and Wasteland Raiders, and updated crews for Disciples, Operators, and Pack. Updated lists for Gunners, the Cult of the Mothman, Zetan Aliens, Children of Atom, and Trappers are provided, along with a brand-new fully robotic crew led by the formidable Mechanist. Rules for recruiting robotic companions and creatures, from modest eyebots to fearsome deathclaws, are included, as well as a roster of Wasteland legends like High Confessor Tektus, William Black of the Operators, and Dixie of the Disciples.
