The lumbering brutes identified by the ETCU as “Butchers” are frequently seen charging through defensive lines and barricades, relying on overwhelming strength and sheer bulk to withstand sustained fire. Their frontal assaults are notoriously difficult to halt, often resulting in rapid breaches of fortified positions. Their presence alone is enough to destabilise even well-prepared defensive formations.
Their name is entirely literal. These creatures wield sharp, heavy blades to dismember fallen bodies before consuming the remains with disturbing ferocity. They are often accompanied by Ravagers, who enhance their assaults by unleashing ghastly incendiary chemicals from their hands, engulfing defenders in waves of fire. This combination of close-quarters brutality and ranged destruction makes them a particularly feared component of Nightstalker forces.
