Konflikt '47 – Harris "Slammer" Samuels, First Paragon
One of the most celebrated heroes in the world of Konflikt ’47, Harris “Slammer” Samuels is renowned as the first successful Paragon of the United States Army. Enlisting immediately after Pearl Harbor, Samuels quickly distinguished himself through exceptional leadership and combat ability. Selected for the elite 1st Ranger Battalion, he fought alongside British Commandos during the Dieppe Raid in 1942, becoming one of the first American soldiers to see ground combat in the European Theatre. His reputation grew even further after earning the Silver Star for single-handedly destroying a German Tiger tank during the Tunisian campaign.
Severely wounded during the D-Day landings, Samuels was returned to the United States for treatment and offered the opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking experimental program made possible by the discoveries surrounding the Los Alamos Rift. The procedure permanently altered his biology, transforming him into the first successful Paragon. Possessing extraordinary physical abilities while retaining his courage and leadership, he became the benchmark for an entirely new generation of enhanced soldiers.
Armed with advanced Rift-tech weaponry, Samuels thrives in the thick of battle. His iconic Tesla Gauntlet combines immense physical force with powerful electrical discharges, enabling him to take on heavily armoured foes and supernatural threats alike. This miniature represents one of the most iconic characters available to American forces and is a fantastic addition to any Konflikt ’47 collection.
